Refunds must be initiated within 90 days of receiving your order, backed by our 90-day money-back guarantee.
If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo of the item and its packaging and we’ll send you a replacement.
Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed once approved.
