Shipping Policy

Every Orivo™ order is dispatched fast and delivered by tracked courier, right across South Africa.

All orders qualify for a 6–12 day delivery time nationwide across South Africa.
We offer same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm SAST, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday are dispatched on the next business day (Monday).
Every Orivo order is sent in discreet, custom packaging via a tracked courier, so you can follow it to your door.
Free shipping on all orders over R1,239.
Cancellations must be submitted before your order leaves our dispatch facility.
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the courier with your tracking number — and if it still can’t be located, get in touch and we’ll help.
Orivo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed to the courier, but we’ll always do our best to help you trace a parcel.
Please allow for delivery delays during peak periods and public holidays.
